Are you an adult (18+) struggling with perfectionism, workaholism, and burnout? Khara enjoys working with adults on managing their anxiety, workaholism, perfectionism, and burnout! Why don’t I take insurance?

I’ve stopped taking insurance as of September 2025 due to the constraints it puts on the work I do with my clients. As a former insurance provider for 15 years, the last straw was when my client of almost 10 years couldn’t be seen because they no longer had a diagnosis their insurance would pay for. Absurd right? I want to support you in the work without insurance dictating how we do the work, for how long, or under what diagnosis. Let’s connect to see if I’m a good fit for your therapy goals!

•Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

•If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
